Cancellation Policy

Bookings are based on availability and done on a first come, first served basis. The Lancaster Troll Market reserves the right to cancel bookings at our discretion. Deposits: War Room reservations have a $30 deposit. Wyrm Hole reservations have a $25 deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations within 3 days of your reservation forfeit deposit. Rescheduling Existing Bookings: Rescheduling is done at the discretion of the Troll Market and may be limited due to availability. Please contact the store by phone or email ASAP if rescheduling is needed. If rescheduling is not available and the request is made more than 3 days before your event, a full refund may be issued. Digital Gift Cards: If using a digital gift card for a reservation that results in a refund, a new digital gift card may be issued for the refund amount.
