FAQ

Can we bring in food and drinks?

Yes! Both rooms allow food and drinks. The War Room has a mini fridge; the Wyrm Hole has a microwave. Both rooms have access to power for crock pots or similar equipment.

Can we bring in alcohol?

Yes, However, everyone in your party must be over the age of 21 to consume alcohol on the premises.

Is there WiFi available for our rental?

Yes, WiFi access is available for both rooms. Please ask the staff member for the login information when you arrive for your party. Keep in mind that we are in the basement of a 100-year-old building, so connectivity may be spotty.

Can we have food delivered to the store?

Yeah! Two things to keep in mind: deliveries must be timed to arrive during your rental, as staff members are not available to assist with deliveries, and our door is on Market Street- it is often easier to put down directions to Ellicott & Co on the corner and meet drivers out front, rather than rely on them to find us.

Can I give a friend a room rental as a gift?

Yes you can! We now offer Room Rental digital gift cards. You can purchase them here.

Ready to Book?

What about decorations?

Sure. We only ask that anything you bring in, you take back out. Our staff is small, and appreciate your assistance in keeping the space clean!

Can we get into the room early to get set up?

If you require set up or tear down time for your event, please account for that in your reservation time block. We cannot guarantee access before your event and ask that you plan accordingly. Same goes for tear down- staff may assist with trash removal and major spills, but that is all, and we expect the room to be cleared by the ending time of your slot.

There is a bathroom, right?

Of course! We have a public restroom in the store. It may be busy during peak shopping times, as it is single stall.

I already booked, but I have to cancel. What should I do?

Call the store at 717-945-7324 during store hours or email events@lancastertrollmarket.com ASAP to cancel or reschedule your reservation. All reservations do have a non-refundable deposit for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.
